New Delhi: As the world struggled to cope with cases of COVID-19, people were confined to their homes, however, doctors and healthcare workers had no choice but to lead the fight from the front. The event – the integration of the award ceremony and the panel discussion was attended by big personalities from the health, political fraternity. Speaking during the event, Shiv Kumar Sarine, Vice Chancellor – Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences said, “The last two years have been humiliating, they have taught us what we do not know.
