In his most recent role, Gaurav was leading the Global Customer Learning Experience Charter in Baiju, where he managed multiple geographies, including India, the US, Latin America and Australia. He was instrumental in shaping the re-architecture of Flipkart’s supply chain systems, which allowed the scaling of groceries and hyperlocal supply chains, as well as the concept of automation and robotics charters in the logistics space.
