The Incredible Hulk, Lou Ferrigno, once shared his training experience with the King of Pop. Ferrigno used to train none other than Michael Jackson. Jackson insisted that Ferrigno train him to alleviate his chronic back pain. They both had a great experience, and it was nothing new for Ferrigno. He also knew Jackson before that.

Lou Ferrigno is the Incredible Hulk himself. He is a two time IFBB Mr. Universe winner. Ferrigno was diagnosed with 80% to 85% hearing loss when he was three years old. But that didn’t stop him from being as successful as he is. Michael Jackson’s longtime friend and personal trainer Lou Ferrigno was always there for him when he needed it.

Lou Ferrigno he was a real help to Michael Jackson. Jackson had chronic back pain that used to affect him during his tours. He only trusted Ferrigno with his problems.
“The training was not a great resistance. Lots of stretching and a light walk on the treadmill.” Ferrigno said. This was nothing new for Ferrigno. He, too, had worked with Jackson before and knew the risks. Michael Jackson’s show cannot be canceled simply because of his chronic back pain. Ferrigno was the only guy he could trust.
“Being 50 years old, his body went through a lot of stress preparing for the tour, but he was amazing.” Ferrigno explained. He was dumbfounded looking at Jackson. Despite his age, he did not face any problems during the training. He was also going through a lot of stress due to his tour, but he didn’t show any signs of it during training.

Remembering Jackson, Ferrigno said“I was devastated.” the more continued, “I mean I was surprised. I still think of it as a joke or a dream..” The Hulk himself was shocked to learn of the legend’s sudden demise.
Ferrigno was not only his coach but also his friend, and he was very sad after learning of Jackson’s passing. He even remembered when Jackson used to show him his moves. To this day, the Hulk treasures the memories of his friend.
