  2. Drink chamomile tea: This helps to relax the gastric muscles and also helps to reduce the content of gastric acid in the body. Chamomile tea helps in curing motion sickness.
  3. Herbs, Peppermint: Ginger, herbs and peppermint help reduce and control nausea. It also helps reduce the body’s tendency to vomit.
  4. Licorice root: From scratch Or licorice root you can eat as a 75 mg tablet in a glass of water before you start your sea voyage.
  5. Peridoxine: If you are traveling for a job or lifestyle, you will be traveling to the sea for a long time. Therefore, it is advisable to take 100 mg licorice root and, therefore, may be useful in the treatment of motion sickness.
