How to ‘eat what you like’ and still lose weight – ‘only scientific way’ to shed lbs

The popular belief is that in order to lose weight, slimmers must eliminate what we know as “junk food”. However, this may not actually be the case. In a conversation with Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield about nutritionist Graeme Tomlinson suggested that processed treats can still be eaten while trying to lose fat.

However, this fruit is also relatively high in calories (about 250 calories for a medium avocado).

According to Graeme, a serving of avocado on toast that includes just one slice of bread packs a whopping 505 calories.

A slice of toast topped with a few rashers of bacon and a fried egg, on the other hand, equals 360 calories.

So, despite the general benefits of an avocado, frying some toast may be better for those looking for a calorie deficit.

However, the expert pointed out that while dieters can keep track of calories to lose weight, it is also important to measure the nutritional value of food.

This is key to general wellness and functional health.
