Hyderabad: Fitcop app launched for cops to monitor health parameters – ET HealthWorld


Hyderabad: To track and improve the health status of its personnel, Hyderabad Police started fitcop Application on Friday.

This Mobile application It was developed keeping in mind three factors – diagnose, develop and do. Every police officer will be diagnosed based on medical criteria, while Helping Hand Foundation Each policeman will create a road map to get rid of medical comorbidities. The app also maps them to a dietician, physical training instructor or counselor or doctor through an in-app chat/call service.

“Post-facto analysis shows that 60 per cent of staff are suffering from lifestyle diseases and BMI is beyond reasonable limits. Taking a cue from these figures, we have envisioned putting in place a monitoring mechanism that ensures results.” Hyderabad Police Commissioner CV Anand said in a press note.
