Rogan is considered by many to be quite fit for his age. After all, he is a trained fighter himself and trains regularly. However, at one point, his fans were worried about his sauna routine.
As reported by ‘dexerto‘ in 2021, the MMA analyst had shared that he would spend 20 minutes in a sauna and the next 20 minutes in the cold before jumping into the sauna once more.
Rogan has described his experience in the heat of the sauna as a ‘wild roller coaster ride’. This had fans on high alert. According to ‘Dexerto’, many were worried that the podcaster would pass out or that his blood pressure would not be normal when he was in the sauna. However, Rogan’s hot and cold routine is a routine in Nordic countries like Finland.
