Most of the people in India use wheat as food grain. Wheat bread is definitely needed in the morning, afternoon and evening. If you do not get wheat bread, your stomach will not be filled. Why Gluten Doesn’t Digest
Experts say that in the olden days the body of a person was so strong that he could digest anything. But time changed and due to boiled things or other soft food grains, the ability of the person to digest also gradually decreased. Actually the bacteria that were present in the intestines to protect the hard food. Over time, their numbers dwindled and bacteria found a place in the intestines that could only digest soft food. Dr. Tarun Kumar told that a lot of carbohydrates are found in wheat. Gluten is attached to these carbohydrates. Some people are unable to digest carbohydrates. The bacteria present in the intestines are there for the same digestion. When the same bacteria are unable to digest carbohydrates and gluten, they start reacting. Other symptoms are pain, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, itching in the reaction itself.
Then what to eat?
The population of India is more than 130 crores. A large part of it is dependent on wheat as food grain. Those who are unable to digest the gluten present in wheat, then what to eat? Experts say that gluten is normally found in wheat, joe and rye. If there is gluten intolerance, then there are many such supplements or food grains in the market which can be consumed to meet the needs of the body. There are many millets including millet ragi. Many companies are also bringing gluten free products in the market. They can also be eaten.
