A 19-YEAR-OLD WOMAN and her grandmother have surprised everyone at the gym by working out together, and people are amazed.

A Health & Beauty influencer, Tia revealed that her fondness for the gym may have been hereditary in a video Shared with over 500,000 TikTok followers.

In the video, Tia posed and lifted weights with her 65-year-old grandmother.

“65 years old… 19 years old… who did it better?” she asked.

The two wore the same crop tops and leggings in different colors, Tia in green and Grandma in blue.

Most shocking were the visible abs sticking out of Grandma’s buttocks and her toned arms.

The two helped identify each other for hip thrusts.

Then came squats, then pull-ups and curl-ups.

Grandma encouraged Tia to try harder on the pull-ups by lifting her legs and acting as a coach.

People were absolutely amazed by the dynamic duo.
