Physical aptitude influencer Sophia Nicole shares with viewers in a tik tok video her experience trying Khloe Kardashian’s glute workout.

Known on the platform as sophianikki, the workout guru often posts on her social account about celebrity workouts she’s trying out, food that “really gets her going,” or her love of cycling as a form of exercise.

With more than 100,000 followers on the social platform, the trainer spends much of her time sharing her exercise regimen with them.

In the 30-second TikTok video, Nicole demonstrates the five moves Khloe Kardashian swears are key to achieving her amazing body.

The video begins with Nicole looking stunned into the camera as she exclaims, “Khloe Kardashian has a glute workout online. Let’s check it out and do it!”

Quickly move on to the first step of the active routine, which is the heels-up squat.

“I like them, but honestly you’re going to target the quads with this,” he says.

The next part of the workout routine is an exercise that many add to their regimen called deadlifts, and the reality star does ten of them.

“Deadlift. With that hip hinge. Glutes and hammies. It’s giving booty,” says Nicole.

The third part of the workout routine adds a bit of cardio to mix it up with jumping rope.

Nicole offers her opinion by saying that she would actually use the jump rope as a warm-up, rather than an actual step in glute training.

The fourth addition to the line of exercises is the front squat.

“With the front-loaded weight, you target the front of your body. You get quads,” he says.

The last part of Kardashian’s glute conditioning routine is completed with a single arm snatch.

The fitness guru gave a pretty decent review of the workout routine.

“It’s okay, overall it’s not too bad. Honestly, I think it’s a bit overbearing, but I like it,” he says as the video comes to an end.

Additionally, Nicole shares that she would add kickbacks, sumo deadlifts, and back squats to the workout.

In the end, she finds exercise quite easy, as both she and Kardashian lead healthy lifestyles. diet and live an active lifestyle.

Nicole says she would add a few more workouts to the regimen to finish it off.
