Grasp half of the bottles, and then turn your hands palms up, elbows close to your body.

From here, curl up by bending your elbows, then slowly release back down.

Do 20 repetitions, rest, and then repeat two more times.

REST TRICEPS DIPS AD

USING TV commercial breaks is the perfect way to pass the time and tone those triceps in your arms.

Plant your hands on the edge of the sofa with your back to the sofa, keep your arms straight and walk your legs out.

From here, keep your elbows tight against your body and bend them to lower your body.

As your butt grazes the ground, push off with your hands and straighten your arms to return to the start. Do as many as you can during commercials.

DESK-SIDE PUSH-UPS

WHETHER you’re working from home or at the office, if you’re sitting at a desk, you can take a few minutes each day to help tone your arms.

Place your feet flat on the floor, sit up straight, and place your hands, palms down, on the chair’s armrests.

Push all your weight into your hands and straighten your arms using the strength of your arms, not your legs.

This works the triceps and shoulder muscles.

Slowly return your butt to the chair and repeat 20 times.

Do this several times a day.

TONE IN TRAFFIC

BEING stuck in traffic or sitting waiting in a car is the perfect time to tone up.

Stretch your arms out in front of you and very gently grasp both hands on top of the steering wheel.

Stand with your left foot forward and your right foot slightly back.

Clench your fists and hold them at chin level.

From here, swing one arm forward by straightening your arm and then bringing it quickly to the face, then do it again on the other side.

Repeat this as fast as you can for 30 seconds, rest for 30, then do the same two more times.

RAISE YOUR LITTLE

TARGET the front of your shoulders as well as your biceps and triceps when engaging your kids.

Reach down and pick up your baby or toddler and stretch your arms out straight in front of you.

Hold here while you make faces or lift your child up and down in front of you, keeping your arms straight.

If you don’t have kids, do the same move using a can of beans in each hand.
