Imran Khan Health Conditions today news

Former Pakistan Prime Minister Cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan was shot during a rally.

His spokesman and party officials said Imran Khan’s condition was stable after he was shot in the leg at a rally in east Punjab province. Khan is stable and the bullet hit his leg. He is being admitted to a hospital in Lahore, his party spokesperson Muzammil Aslam said over the phone.

Khan was rushed to his Shaukat Khanum Hospital, where doctors admitted him to the intensive care unit to monitor him round the clock.

His gruelling campaign, during which he addressed eight rallies a day, attracted thousands of people and he is said to emerge as a strong challenger to the PML-N in Punjab’s most populous province.

In a brief video, Khan today made a dramatic appeal to people from his hospital bed to vote for his party in the May 11 election and help create a “New Pakistan”. The video shows him lying on the hospital bed with a collar around his neck.

He is in a stable condition now.
