Six items from the range launched online Wednesday, including the $309 Powertrain V20 electric treadmill, which features 12 programs and an MP3 input with a speaker.
An exercise bike was also in the range at $239 along with a rowing machine with a bungee cord system and manual resistance levels for $199.
On Friday, an additional 22 items will be available for shoppers to purchase in the store.
These include aqua bags, jump ropes, USB blenders, a blood pressure monitor, a Fila Aerobic stepper, and an incline bench.
Pilates and yoga fans will also be able to pick up a printed Fila exercise mat, yoga block with strap and a burst-proof ball.
After all his hard work, Coles has added a selection of recovery-based items to the mix.
This includes the Kore Mini Hot and Cold Massage Gun with 12 intensity levels and adjustable heating settings, as well as the Scenium Tens Massage Device for just $39.99.
Coles non-food general manager Jonathan Torr said Coles is always looking for ways to offer customers great value and convenience.
