Chennai: Infinx, which offers AI-based solutions to healthcare providers, has set up a state-of-the-art delivery center in Madurai, marking a major milestone in the company’s history, a top official said. The facility in Madurai is expected to create around 700 jobs over the next five years and would support the company’s mission to optimize revenue cycle processes for US-based healthcare providers.
The Madurai center would leverage advanced AI and automation technologies to streamline revenue cycle operations for its clients, further solidifying the company’s position as an industry leader, said Infinx, backed by global investment firms Norwest Venture Partners and KKR, in a company statement on Sunday. .
Infinx’s facility in Madurai joins similar delivery centers in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
