Meghan Markle attended Pilates Platinum classes in Los Angeles to tone and sculpt her body, but the studio has some unusual rules attendees must follow.

There are four Pilates Platinum studios in California and two in Texas, and Heather also offers individual sessions, though the price for these isn’t listed on the studio’s website: a one-on-one class with another trainer costs $115 per section.
The 55-minute classes take place on a Megaformer Pilates machine, which has a moving platform and springs for resistance.
