Jamie Oliver ate unusual vegetable to speed up 2st weight loss ‘Very nutritious!’

As a TV chef who creates delicious meals, it’s no surprise that Jamie Oliver’s weight has fluctuated over the years. But at one point in his life, he changed his diet and lost two stones “quite quickly”. That’s how she did it.

For anyone looking to lose weight, a great place to start is by evaluating the foods you eat on a regular basis.

This is something Jamie did, swapping meat for more vegetables.

As a result, his body transformation happened “quite quickly”.

The chef explained: “I lowered the meat, raised the vegetables, slept more and moved more.

“I lost 25 pounds pretty quickly and I didn’t do it because I didn’t eat, I ate a lot, more than I used to.”

Seaweed also contains fucoxanthin, which is believed to help boost metabolism.

The TV chef spoke to the Daily Mail about the benefits of eating the green vegetable in 2015: “I thought seaweed was a hippie, globetrotting thing, but our ancestors ate seaweed. It is the most nutritious vegetable in the world.

To add to this, Jamie also cut down on alcohol consumption.

He commented: “Your average Brit drinks alcohol. I don’t tell you what to do, but my rhythm now is just to drink on the weekend.

“Before, if I organized training on my time, I hated it. But then I thought, why can I get up for a call at 3:30 am and be on set and trash it and yet getting to the gym is just too hard?

“So I just changed it so the gym was on the way to work and it was part of the workday.

“The minute I did it, I got really good at it. It is totally mental.

“It’s not about getting it right all the time, in fact it’s absolutely vital that you don’t get it right all the time. You have to get it right most of the time,” she told Men’s Health.
