When it comes to nutrition and hydration, Lopez is all about the basics: lots of water, fruits and vegetables.
“Sorry, it’s true!” she said. “I think drinking lots of water and fresh food with lots of fruits and vegetables (I still [them] with me at all times.) all influence the quality of skin appearance.”
Her trainer Anderson also puts her on a clean, organic diet with lots of high-quality protein. And she does not drink, smoke or consume caffeine, as they are not good for the skin.
