joe rogan is one of the most revered podcasters on the planet. He can talk about super complex topics without overwhelming his listeners. He routinely cracks complex topics like neuroscience, metaphysics, AI and our favorite steroids on his podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience”.
However, this time, Rogan found himself on the other side of the table. The UFC color commentator was a guest on comedian Andrew Schulz and Akaash Singh’s “Flagrant 2” podcast when he shared his current steroid cycle.
The conversation about Rogan’s team and juice cycle started when Rogan mentioned “Alpha BRAIN Black Label,” a cognitive-enhancing product from supplement brand ONNIT. Rogan is a co-founder of the ONNIT company, which was sold to Unilever in 2021.
Schulz told Rogan that Singh wanted advice on how to get big and chiseled. However, before Rogan could reply, Kazeem Famiyude interrupted with “Joe, what’s all you take? All.”
“Great results come from testosterone replacement [TRT]then there’s that, and then there’s the peptides that increase your body’s ability to make hormones like growth hormones and IGF-1. [Insulin-like growth factor 1] and all.”
Before Rogan could give more details, Famiyude interrupted: “What peptides?“
“There is BPC-157, ipamorelin, thymosin. What these things do is they help your body make the hormones it should have when you’re younger, and your body works better.”
Some peptides that Rogan mentioned might have gone unnoticed when the other guests on the show started muttering random things at the same time.
0?
Rogan didn’t end his monologue simply by listing his steroid cycle. He stressed the importance of adding exercise to his fitness regimen.
“Regular exercise is the most important thing. If ever there is one thing anyone can do to stop aging, it’s lift weights and not stop.”
“Nope [lift weights] for vanity Do it because you want to keep your tissue. Age is like a little demon that is slowly stealing your fabric. Your ability to climb stairs, your ability to open jars, your ability to open the car door when it’s frozen,” Joe Rogan explained. “The only way to avoid that is by lifting weights.”
“You have to lift heavy things. You don’t want to do anything too heavy where you hurt yourself. But you have to get your body used to this idea that in order to survive it has to lift things, and you need to give the body nutrients.”
The comedian added that you don’t necessarily have to lift weights to stay fit and build muscle. He proposes performing bodyweight exercises such as Lizards, lift your chinY body squats.
“When I do kettlebells, I don’t do anything over 70 pounds, for the most part. That’s the heaviest shit I’ve ever lifted.”

Although the conversation about steroids was just a four-minute segment in a nearly three-and-a-half-hour podcast, Joe Rogan shared more information about drugs than most popular bodybuilders do in a lifetime.
However, with the increase in deaths around sport, the current conservative stance of the industry is changing. Now we have bodybuilding legends like Ronnie Coleman Y jay cutler Y the best trainers I like it hanny rambod Y charles glass spread awareness and call for drug regulations in bodybuilding.
