Joe Wicks earned £115,000 a week last year as he continued to build his fitness empire.

The 36-year-old coaching guru scored more than some of England’s top footballers, according to figures from Companies House.

Training six days a week at 6 a.m. and going to bed at 9:30 p.m., the star lifted increasingly heavier weights.

“Number one was sleeping more because at home my sleep is not constant and I don’t get enough sleep.

“What I have realized more than ever is that the dream is the foundation on which everything stands. When I sleep better and consistently, I wake up with more energy to train harder.

‘When I have slept well I also choose better foods. I’ve been sleeping around 9:30pm most nights and trained consistently six days a week at 6am for three months.

‘The challenge for me when I’m back home is to keep this routine. I am going to do everything possible to fulfill it because I am fitter and stronger than ever and I feel that the sacrifices are worth it’.
