Joe, aka The Body Coach, couldn’t contain his excitement as he led the workout in front of thousands of people in a white t-shirt and khaki shorts.

Joe took to his Instagram to thank fans and participants for traveling to London for the event.
“I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who traveled to participate in this event. I appreciate your time.
