I’m having trouble logging in with my Team WTF1 account, what do I do?
If you just created an account for Team WTF1, sometimes the payment can take up to 48 hours to complete. If you still have problems, email us at [email protected] and we will help you.
What payment methods do you accept for WTF1 Team subscriptions?
Currently, we allow payments by credit or debit card and Apple Pay. We’re working hard behind the scenes to add more payment options, so be sure to check back soon for developments.
If your preferred payment method isn’t supported at this time, we’re very sorry, but don’t forget that we won’t be removing any content from our regular hours, so none of our existing content will be affected.
Do I have to be based in the UK to join Team WTF1?
You can definitely sign up for Team WTF1 as an international fan. However, our events are primarily held in the UK at the moment due to travel restrictions.
As an international member of Team WTF1, there will still be plenty of virtual things you can be a part of, like exclusive access to podcasts, virtual game sessions, and other perks like discounts on our merchandise. We will try to vary the times of these virtual events as much as possible so that people who are in different time zones can participate.
