And according to the expert, it is “clear” that Kate has a “passion” for it.
The Duchess of Cambridge is undoubtedly an incredibly busy woman, so Daniel suggested she rely on “home workouts” when she gets the chance.

Some of the advantages of this “daily routine” is that the royals can accommodate it between raising their three children and making commitments: “they can be done at any time and they don’t require any special equipment.”
The expert continued: “This type of training is very effective at maintaining muscle mass and fitness, giving you a solid foundation for other activities you enjoy.”
While exercise is probably a fundamental aspect of the duchess’s life, abs aren’t built through exercise alone; she’s probably finicky about her diet, too.
“I would hope that to keep your energy levels up, breakfast would consist of oatmeal or porridge, as this will provide the energy and nutrition that you’ll have to tackle a busy day and because it has a low GI, it will provide sustained energy,” suggested Daniel.

Combined with milk, it makes for a high-protein start to the day, “great for maintaining lean muscle mass and boosting metabolism.”
When it comes to snacking, Kate is unlikely to go for chocolate and processed treats.
Rather, Daniel imagines that he prefers fruits and nuts, which provide “essential nutrients for well-being.”
Plus, they can be “enjoyed on the go,” which is helpful since Kate is always out and about.
Keeping snacks like these on hand is a great way for slimmers to get the Kate physique, as they won’t be tempted by unhealthy treats.
When the Duchess is home for lunch, Daniel suggests she look for “locally sourced produce” that includes a “good balance of protein and carbohydrates.”
Avoiding carbohydrates is not necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle and stay slim.
