- Then put teaspoon-size of mixture on the baking sheet one by one. Keep 3” space between each portion.

- 6 leg piece chicken
- Pinch of salt as per taste
- Black pepper powder
- 2 large sized eggs
- ½ cup heavy cream/ coconut milk
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp paprika
Ingredients for Mayo:-
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tbsp hot sauce
Instructions:-
- Keep the oven temp upto 400 degree Celsius before cooking and lay a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- In a medium sized bowl combine together eggs and coconut milk. In another bowl, take Parmesan cheese, almond powder, paprika and garlic powder and mix them well. Spread some pepper and salt over it.
- Then dip chicken pieces one by one in egg mixture. Then dip them in almond flour mixture. Check that the mixtures are well coated over the chicken pieces. Then place chicken one by one on the prepared baking sheet.
- Then keep baking till the chicken pieces become golden colour and internal temperature reaches 160-165 degree celsius. It will take about 45 minutes.
- At this time, prepare Mayo sauce by combining mayonnaise and hot sauce in a medium sized bowl. You can add more hot sauce if you like it more spicy.
- Then your fried chicken is ready to serve.
Keto homemade tortilla chips
Ingredients:-
- 2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp normal salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp chili powder
- Ground black pepper
Instructions:-
- Preheat oven upto 350 degree Celsius. Take two large baking sheets along with parchment paper.
- Take a microwave heat tolerant bowl and melt the mozzarella cheese in it. It may take about 1 ½ minute.
- Then mix almond flour, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, and black pepper.
- Then knead the dough till it turns into smooth ball.
- Keep the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into a rectangle size of o.3 cm thick.
- Then cut dough into triangle shapes.
- Spread the chips on prepared baking sheets and bake them till the edges become golden colour and crispy. It may take upto 15 minutes.
Keto Chicken tender recipe

Ingredients:-
- Take 2 large Chicken Breasts around 500 gms and cut them into strips.
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅔ cup crushed Almonds
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions:-
- Keep the oven temp. upto 200 degree Celcius before cooking.
- Then combine the grated parmesan cheese and crushed almonds all together and keep them in a medium sized bowl.
- Then the chicken pieces are dipped into the egg and then placed in the parmesan. Then simultaneously roll the chicken pieces in parmesan. Then place them on a baking tray.
- Then spread olive oil over them evenly and keep baking them for about 15-18 mins.
- Then your meal is ready to serve.

Ingredients:-
- 8 bamboo metal skewers
- 900 gm boneless chicken breasts cut in bite-size pieces
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

- 1 tbsp salt as per your taste
- Ground black pepper
Instructions:-
- Pre heat the grill upto 200 degree Celsius before preparing the recipe.
- If you are using bamboo skewers, then soak them in water for about 15 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling. You can also use metal skewers.
- Then combine remaining ingredients with chicken and mix them well in a large bowl. Mix them thoroughly to get chicken pieces evenly coated.

- Then grill the chicken chunks one by one. Grill all the sides evenly, so that no portion is kept uncooked. Grill each chunk for 3 min. Then your recipe will be ready.
Keto cauliflower small pizza
Ingredients:-
- 1 small head chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- ½ tbsp dried basil
- ½ tbsp oregano
- ⅓ cup sweet chilli sauce
- Garnishing as per your choice
Instructions:-
- Pre heat oven to 220 degree Celsius and take a baking sheet.
- Grate the cauliflower florets and make them as small as possible. Place them in grinder to make them rice like consistency.
- Then take the pulsed cauliflower in a large bowl, cover with a lid and put it in microwave for 7 minutes. Then leave it to cool.
- Then add the grated cheese, eggs, oregano and basil to the cauliflower and mix them thoroughly.
- Give them shape of a small ball and pat them to make a small pizza like structure.
- Bake them for 15 mins till they turn golden brown in colour.
- Spread over each with sweet chilli sauce and add other ingredients for garnishing as your choice.
- Then again bake for 5-10 mins till the cheese melts and garnished stuffs become slightly roasted.
