So it’s about consistency for me.”

Cavallari added about his trainer: “He kicks my ass. He pushes me really hard. It has me lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I’ve ever had. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

I don’t even recognize the girl in those other 2 photos…and no, I never had an eating disorder…that was pure stress. I work out really hard and dedicate myself to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I’m a mother doesn’t mean I can’t be proud of my body and feel comfortable in my skin.”

In addition to gaining confidence from winning in the gym, Cavallari appeared on Lewis Howes podcast the school of greatness to talk about how she feels more confident in herself since embarking on a self-love journey. While she may have seemed confident in lagoon beachhe told Howes it was mostly a front.

“People couldn’t believe I was so confident for my age,” she recalled. “When I look at it now, I don’t see someone who is confident in herself. In fact, I see someone who is extremely insecure. So it’s funny that that’s what people saw because I was the one who was always trying to rip other people apart. people”. down or talking shit… and that’s insecure. That is not having confidence. I probably would have given myself a little more self-love back then.”
