KINGSTON, IN, March 1, 2022 /CNW/ – Novari Health has announced that it has successfully completed the implementation of its workflow management, central intake and electronic referral management solution. Novari’s addiction and mental health software was launched at the Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), the largest hospital of its kind in Canada.
Software as a Service (SaaS) technology is provided as an electronic means to ensure that all incoming referrals to CAMH are electronically received, screened, processed, and routed to the appropriate CAMH clinical resources. Novari’s extensive experience in working with and integrating with Cerner technology is leveraged throughout this project. Novari’s technology provides frontline staff and management with accurate, real-time data on the volume of requests, the status of each patient’s referral, and bottlenecks in the system.
The Ontario Ministry of Health, Ontario Health and hospitals across the province have been working to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on patients.
