The 31-year-old model showed off her toned abs in a black crop top that she teamed with black and gray paneled leggings.

Lauryn looked in high spirits in a radiant natural makeup palette as she hid behind a pair of large black sunglasses.

Lauryn kept her cool by pulling her long dark hair up into a high ponytail and sporting a silver necklace.

The reality star opted for a pair of black sneakers while doing several different exercises in the park.

She was seen jogging down a trail listening to music through a pair of airpods before doing several squats.

Lauryn rounded out her fitness outing by showing off her incredible flexibility by doing some stretches.

The appearance follows after earlier this month Lauryn left the High Court after the latest round of her legal dispute with ex kyle walker.

The star shared a brief romance with the England and Manchester City defender and they have a two-year-old son named Kairo.

The exes welcomed him back in April 2020 after conceiving the youngster during a brief relationship amid Kyle’s temporary split from longtime girlfriend Annie Kilner, whom he secretly married late last year.

Kyle, 31, and Lauryn have had a rocky co-parenting relationship in recent years.
