1. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees of JW Media, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as each other are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada and where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter: To be eligible, the entrant must submit their email address in the field provided above. All entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm (ET) FOR May 29, 2022. Only one entry per person and per email address. Anyone who attempts to enter with multiple email and/or mailing addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All email addresses submitted may be used by ZOA Energy (“Sponsor”) for promotional purposes.
3. Winner Selection/Random Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about June 1, 2022 from among all eligible entries. The random drawing will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor and/or JW Media, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries. Sponsor/JW Media will attempt to notify potential winner by email on or before June 6, 2022
4. Prize: One winner will receive a yearly supply of ZOA+ energy drinks. Approximate retail value of prize is $399.99.
5. Additional Terms: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold harmless ZOA Energy/JW Media, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries and all of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns from any and all claims. and responsibilities arising from the Award. The winner assumes all responsibility for any injury or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, by participating in this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, and understand that the results of the Sweepstakes are final in all respects. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless from any claims and liability arising out of the Prize. The participant is responsible for all online charges incurred by the Internet service provider.
6. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, will be resolved individually, without recourse to no form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participation in the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to win any prize, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied. or otherwise increase and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
7. ENTRY: Any information entrants provide to JW Media will be used to communicate with the entrant in connection with this Sweepstakes. JW Media may also share this information with third parties that participate in this program. JW Media, Sponsor or third parties may contact entrants at a future date about services that JW Media believes entrants will find of interest.
