Love Island’s Katie Salmon Opens Up About Postpartum Depression And Breakup

Katie Salmon has opened up about her challenging life, including postpartum depression and her split from fiancé Harry.

katie told him Sun on Friday: ‘The truth is that I have been dealing with severe blues and I can only say that being a mother has been one of the most difficult challenges I have had to face in my life.’

Katie said her mental health has deteriorated so much in recent months that she has “anxiety” about leaving the house.

Speaking about her daughter’s tumor, Katie said it has grown to the size of a “fist” but is undergoing medical treatment and will most likely be gone by her first birthday.

She also revealed that she and Harry are still together, but are taking a little break to focus on her mental health.

“Our relationship is not perfect, but please be kind because we’ve been through a lot,” Katie added.

She then praised her fiancé, saying that as a family “they will make it,” and that the couple is determined to put their daughter first.

Reports emerged earlier this week that Katie had split from her fiancé Harry just six months after the birth of their first child.
