Low Fat Cream Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups low-fat milk, 99.7% fat-free
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat yoghurt, whipped
Instructions
- Boil milk in a deep non-stick pan and keep stirring occasionally.
- When the milk starts boiling, remove from the heat and wait for 1 minute.
- Add curd and mix gently. Wait for 2 minutes and let the milk sizzle.
- After the milk breaks down, filter it with a cotton cloth. Don’t throw away the whey.
- Combine the paneer with cup of whey and put it in a mixer and grind until smooth.
- Use as needed.
