Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o recently revealed how to keep her body fit and fabulous without going to the gym.

Reportedly, the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever star admitted, “For me, working out is a very important part of my mental health regimen. I find that I get very lethargic when I don’t exercise, and that changes my mood.”

He continued, “For my own sake and the sake of the people I date, it’s best if I exercise. It’s about taking care of yourself.”
