Malaika Arora has given us the Monday motivation we didn’t know we needed. How many of us suffer from back pain? Several and more. With a sedentary lifestyle, long hours of working at the desk, and lack of physical activity, the back becomes painful. Malaika Arora, on the other hand, has given us a set of exercises that can help reduce that pain. In Malaika’s latest video, the diva known for her dedication to fitness, performs hip flexion exercises and other weighted exercises on the ankles.

Malaika, who is sporting yellow sportswear, is sporting pink dumbbells. In her latest workout post, the caption read: “Strengthen your back and hip flexors with ankle weights – 2 sets of each:
1) Back extension with twist 10x
2) Back extension with leg raises 10x
3) Rear leg raise + opposite arm raise 10x
4) Seated single leg raise on yoga blocks 10x
5) Seated L-Leg Raise on Yoga Blocks (another variation) 20 seconds.

These exercises can help strengthen your back.
