TEMECULA, CA — What did a Temecula gym do when Mark Wahlberg came to visit? Give him a training pass, of course.
The megastar spent some time in town over the weekend and shared her experiences first at EōS Fitness and then F45 Training gym in North Temecula via Instagram.
Wahlberg arrived at EōS Fitness before 3:30 a.m. on Sunday morning and was stunned by the throngs of people working out in the early hours of the morning. According to the gym, there were about 40 people there at that time of day, working out.
“The 4am club is alive and kicking in Temecula, California at EōS Fitness,” he said on Instagram. “I walked into the gym, I thought at 3:25 am, I’d be alone. This shit is packed like a nightclub. People are doing good, aspiring to be better, there’s a team workout here.”
Resident Bryan Dodson was there and had the opportunity meeting Wahlberg at the gym and have a conversation. “He lives near Las Vegas,” Dodson wrote on Instagram. “She was in town for her daughter’s equestrian competition.”
Wahlberg ran into two Great Oak High School graduates, Ethan Paul and Kai Tyquiengco, who were there for their 4 a.m. morning weight training session.
“I’m here with Kai and Ethan, these guys are clubbers at 4am in Temecula on a Saturday morning,” Wahlberg shared in a short Instagram Reel with the couple. “These guys are off the charts, keep up the good work.”
It may have seemed like a surprise, but stars don’t come unannounced, according to EōS Fitness General Manager Luis Ortuño.
“His pilot came over and said he might want to come in for a workout a couple of times over the weekend,” Ortuno told Patch. The gym indulged Wahlberg with a pass for the weekend to come whenever he wanted.
With EōS Fitness is a 24-hour gymit worked for his schedule.
“We expected her to have a low-key workout, but instead she was talking to the people there and trained with several of them. She posed with the staff members and seemed to have a good time. It was great that she posted on Instagram about EōS Fitness.” .
Wahlberg and his team visited to check out the Margarita Road franchise in which he is an investor.
Wahlberg is an investor in the F45 training program, franchise owner Tyler Millan tells Patch.
“He showed his face and chatted with the members between classes, it was huge,” Millan said. “Ever since Wahlberg became a supporter of the F45 program, he has been a huge motivator for our members.”
According to Millan, Wahlberg hung out for a while and discussed training with those present.
“We got a tip from someone who works for him that it could happen,” Millan said. Wahlberg didn’t work out, but he did take time to discuss fitness with the crowd.

Before returning to Las Vegas, Wahlberg visited the Morongo Charity Golf Tournament and the Morongo Casino Resort Hotel, according to a casino spokesperson.
