Ahmedabad: To increase awareness about Generic drugsand expand the reach of generics, Medcart Launched a dedicated digital platform for generic drugs in two more languages: Hindi and Gujarati. In early 2022, Medcart launched two dedicated online platforms – a portal and an Android-supported one. Mobile application. The biggest challenge in the acceptance of generics is lack of awareness. So, we have taken it upon ourselves to spread awareness about generics and dispel as many myths as possible. According to Medcart Insights, at least 90 percent of consumers who are aware of and interested in generic drugs adopt generic drugs. On the other hand, even a significant 40 percent of walk-in customers told about generic drugs tend to adopt them later.
