Dr. Shara Ally is the founder and CEO of NEUROorganics Inc., a mental health company incorporating Eastern approaches to care, inspired by a conversation Shara had with the Dalai Lama. She is also the co-founder and COO of Lotus Medical Community Clinic in California, and a mental health consultant and strategist for RogersTV and KRS Home Care Inc. Shara serves on several health-focused boards and is an accomplished researcher, speaker, and international speaker. . Additionally, Shara added Ms. Canada United World 2022 to her titles and is now vying for the international crown, Ms. United World 2023.
My first job was… Making my first cup of coffee at Tim Hortons!
I decided to be an entrepreneur because… it is an inspired space that allows you to create solutions to everyday problems that are innovative, new and unconventional.
I founded NEUROorganics Inc. because… I wanted to share the lessons I received from the Dalai Lama through a mental health platform that cultivates an innovative approach to education and consultation to strategically help people feed the pain of their past into their future purpose.
I am passionate about mental health because… I believe that your mind is the greatest asset you have. In NEUROorganicsWe teach our clients that just as you have physical health, you have mental health, and it is essential to nurture it for internal well-being that is then exuded abroad.
My proudest achievement is… help my clients NEUROorganics reach the other side of suffering. This achievement demonstrates the importance at work NEUROorganics provides, as it helps build healthier individuals, families, and communities. Mental health and well-being should not be underestimated, nor can it be graduate of that. the NEUROorganics methods to feed your pain from your past into your future purpose, allows you to live with greater self-awareness, self-esteem and confidence.
My biggest setback was… caring too much about what other people think of me. As a result, I put too much effort and resources into trying to impress them and hoping to get their approval. This in itself will deter you from success, guaranteed.

I got over it for… surrounding myself with the right mindsets that fill my cup in my personal and professional life. I tell me NEUROorganics customers all the time that the quality of the relationships you have with yourself and with others will determine the quality of your life.
My advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is… Learn to love being uncomfortable. Entrepreneurship does not follow a specific methodology, nor is it linear. However, there is incredible learning and intrinsic value that comes with the entrepreneurial lifestyle.
What I like most about what I do is… the incredible and empowering transformation my clients experience in NEUROorganics. They are no longer victims of their mind; rather they have learned to use their mind as an asset.
If I had to pick one thing that has helped me succeed, it would be… my failures! Failures, mistakes, and setbacks create a synergistic opportunity to learn, refine, and synthesizing your idea.
If you googled me, you still wouldn’t know… I have 48 allergies!
I stay inspired by… a quote I subscribe to from Denzel Washington which is: “Ease is a greater threat to progress than difficulty.” This is a great reminder to keep going when it’s hard and not settle when things are easy.
The future excites me because… I have the opportunity to merge my contest, business, medical and entrepreneurial platforms to create solution-driven mental health solutions for individuals and communities. Cross-pollination between these industries felt out of reach at one point, and they simultaneously came together in an effective and meaningful way.
My next step is… optimize my clients mental wellness journey and power business development to serve larger audiences to accelerate NEUROorganics. I also plan to engage my Ms. Canada United World 2022 platform to support women and their mental well-being. If I win the crown of Ms. United World 2023, this will enable a shift from national to international impact for the women and audiences I touch through this incredible platform.
