“My health, my mood, the feeling you get after a workout; all of these things drive me to step on my mat or go to the gym,” Meghan explained.
“Sometimes the idea of working out sounds absolutely horrible, but I always remind myself how great I’ll feel afterward. Euphoric, almost!”
In addition to yoga, Meghan enjoys full body exercises.
Craig McNamee, Meghan’s personal trainer for three years, said: “When she gets to the gym, there are no real complaints. She gets down to business right away and really enjoys it.”
