Meghan makes sure to include exercise in her day because it is beneficial for both her physical and mental health.
She explained, “My health, my mood, the feeling you get after a workout, all of these things drive me to hit my mat or go to the gym.
“Sometimes the idea of working out sounds absolutely horrible, but I always remind myself how great I’ll feel afterward.
“Euphoric, almost.”
Meghan also likes to run, which, for her, is a “form of moving meditation” and “gets me out of my head.”
She has said in the past that she has worked with Megaformer Pilates, which uses a machine that focuses on burning fat and conditioning the entire body.
The Duchess of Sussex said: “[It’s] without a doubt the best thing you could do for your body.
“Your body changes immediately.”
He added: “Give him two classes and you will see the difference.”
As for her diet, Meghan told Best Health that she tries to “eat vegan during the week and then have a little more flexibility with what I do on the weekends.”
“But at the same time, it’s about balance. Because I work out the way I do, I never want to feel deprived,” she said.
“I feel like the moment you do that is when you start bingeing on things. It’s not a diet, it’s eating a lifestyle.
