Mental Health: Ask for help

None of us is superhuman. We all get tired or overwhelmed at times by how we feel or when things don’t go according to plan. Life is uncertain and we cannot control everything in life or solve all problems ourselves. If things are getting too complicated for you and you feel like you can’t cope, ask for help. Your family or friends can offer practical help or a listening ear. See your local psychiatrist or clinical psychologist or any other mental health professional if you feel depressed or have any mental health problems.
