The star took to Instagram to show him a more sincere side, and discussed mental health and stress management with an uplifting message for fans.
He urged his followers not only stay in touch with your feelingsbut don’t be afraid to talk openly about them either.

the same miguel he wasn’t afraid to be vulnerable with his loyal community, telling them, “Me, I just wanted to reach out to you and tell you how important it is to ask for help.
He insisted that it’s okay to feel lost and not know how to handle difficult situations, saying: “You know, sometimes you can’t figure things out, it’s always good to have a different perspective.”
Explaining that sometimes even people who aren’t familiar with whatever you’re going through are exactly the ones who can help the most, he offered a helpful adage in suggesting that people seek advice from someone who is: “Not that close to the trees that do not see that you are in a forest”.

He followed up on his advice by stating, “That person is walking away. You need to walk away. You need to see the big picture of things.”

Furthermore, he said, “Asking for help can clearly help you, solve a lot of things, and take a lot of stress out of your life.”
Michael further motivated fans by suggesting they take a selfie.
Concluding his inspiring message, thoughtfully recalled fans saying, “So don’t be afraid. Ask for help. People want to help.”
