Breakfast prevents cancer
Actually, it has been told in a study that the person who eats breakfast in the morning, his risk of getting cancer decreases. Cancer is that disease, due to which millions of people die worldwide. In India too, a large number of people become victims of this disease. In such a situation, if a person has breakfast just on time, then his risk of getting cancer decreases. Along with this, he also remains safe from many diseases.
What was said in the study?
According to the study, if a person does not have breakfast, then his power to fight infection decreases. Because of this, a person can become a victim of diseases ranging from heart disease to cancer. The study was carried out by a team at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City, USA.
In this, it was told that by not having breakfast, there are many types of reactions in the brain, which negatively affect the immune cells. It also helps in better understanding why prolonged absence of food affects the body.
