New RAND Europe Study Finds Hybrid Workplace Habits Associated with Mental Wellbeing and Job Performance

CAMBRIDGEUnited Kingdom , October 18, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — A new study has identified connections between work habits, mental well-being and performance, finding that a wide variety of work experiences are associated with mental well-being and performance outcomes, mediated by factors such as seniority and type of work. The breadth of the data allowed a novel view of health and work problems, highlighting the relationships between the way people work and their well-being, which facilitated the construction of a single mental well-being score linked to the behaviors measured in work place.
