As a former psychiatric hospital administrator, Mr. Louis brings more than 30 years of experience in mental health management, business, and service line development to OPEN MINDS. before joining OPEN MINDSMr. Louis was Director of Strategic Partnership Development at the Hospital System of Southern California – Prospect Medical Group, one of Of California the largest IPA/medical groups. He also served as Vice President of Government Operations at the the Angels Headquartered in College Health Enterprises (College Hospital System), a leading psychiatric/acute care hospital and long-term care company.
