Ingredients for Papaya-Orange Smoothie
- 1.5 cups of papaya slices
- orange one
- Strawberry crush 1 tsp
- honey one tsp
- turmeric powder a pinch
- water as required
- ice cubes as needed
Papaya- Orange Smoothie Recipe
- To make Orange Papaya Smoothie, first cut the papaya and take out its upper peel.
- Then cut papaya into small pieces, keep these pieces in a bowl.
- Now cut the orange and extract its juice in a bowl.
- Now put papaya pieces and orange juice in the mixer jar and blend them.
- After this, open the lid of the jar, add honey, strawberry crush and turmeric powder and stir it once more.
- After this, add water as needed in the smoothie and blend it once or twice more.
- Your smoothie is ready, take it out in a vessel.
- Put some ice cubes in it and serve in a serving glass.
- If you want, you can also keep the smoothie in the fridge for some time to cool down.
