Forget getting a ticket to see Kill a Mockingbird or a reservation at the Sessions Arts Club. The hottest ticket in town is a gym class with one of the superstar instructors at Peloton’s new studio in London.
Last week, the American fitness company opened its ultra-stylish studio-gym in Covent Garden to the public for the first time. Spin classes with top stars like Leanne Hainsby and Ben Alldis have been packed for months.
The 30,000-square-foot venue is the first the company has opened beyond its New York base and is being used to film live shows and library content for its 6.6 million subscribers worldwide.
For the uninitiated, Peloton is a fitness and technology company that sells high-end exercise.
