3. Light and healthy breakfast
PM Modi starts his day with a light and healthy breakfast which usually consists of poha and ginger tea. PM Modi is a pure vegetarian, so his diet includes lots of fruits and vegetables. 5. Treats colds, common ailments with natural remedies and swears by Ayurveda
In an interview, the PM revealed that he also treats colds by drinking hot water and fasting. Besides, PM Modi has always encouraged the countrymen to rely on time-tested home preparations to treat common ailments.
