The newest member of The Wiggles, John Pearce, has revealed the health and fitness secrets behind his muscular physique.
The 31-year-old former Justice Crew star says he stays in shape by starting the day with a glass of water, a black coffee and a half-hour bodyweight workout.
Talking with him daily telegraph, the amateur artist said: ‘Your body is the product of your habits. It’s the most important asset you can have because you can’t do anything without it.’

“I believe that having a holistic approach to overall health is the key to a healthy body,” he added.
“That means a balance of quality nutrition and enjoying the foods you love in moderation combined with a consistent exercise routine.”
Sharing some of his dad’s wisdom, John said it was important to seize every moment, live in the present, and not take life too seriously. He also says that smiling, sleeping well and being social are key factors in good mental health.
John, who now wears the purple jersey in the hit boy group, is currently juggling a degree in Clinical Nutrition with The Wiggles’ Fruit Salad TV Big Show Tour.

The muscular Australian Ninja Warrior star says his Bachelor of Science studies have become a major influence on the way he views health and fitness.
John says he is putting his newfound knowledge into practice by experimenting with different training and feeding methods.
To relax, he likes to make music or watch TV.

Announced as the latest member of The Wiggles last August, he has proven popular with the public.
He was joined by new artists, including a 15-year-old. Tsehay Hawkins, who was adopted from Ethiopia, and Chinese-Australian Kelly Hamilton, a 45-year-old dancer who has performed with the likes of Beyoncé and Pink.
Rounding out the newcomers is Evie Ferris, a 24-year-old indigenous dancer from Cairns.
Ninja: John starred in the first season of Ninja Warrior in 2017, which aired on Channel Nine.
The lineup will also feature three new non-binary characters, including a dancing cop named Officer Beaples, Shirley Shawn the Unicorn, and Bok the hand puppet.

“It is very important that The Wiggles continue to evolve along with our society.

The Wiggles shake! John (Purple Wiggle) joined the four main members of the boy band, plus newcomers Tsehay Hawkins, Kelly Hamilton and Evie Ferris last year.
