Rebel Wilson has revealed the very simple way she lost 35kg (77lbs) during her ‘Year of Health’ in 2020.
In an interview for Apple Fitness +The 41-year-old actress admitted that walking, rather than endless high-intensity exercises, has actually been her secret weight-loss weapon.
Rebel said a doctor at a health retreat had advised her to start walking, insisting it was the “best way” to lose pounds.
