Sam Wood is preparing to launch a new podcast based on health, nutrition and exercise while juggling his family duties and his business.
But the former Bachelor star, who is married to Snezana Wood, whom she met on the reality series’ third season, revealed that she is currently battling COVID-19 and isolating himself from his wife and three daughters.
Wood, 41, spoke about his podcast, The Wood Life with Sam Wood, and how he is recovering from the virus while isolating himself in his ‘family shack’ on Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula.

‘It just (has been) like a bad cold and I’m on day six. Tomorrow I will take the test again, and if I test negative, I will be able to meet with the girls,’ said the coach. The daily telegraph.
Sam considers himself one of the ‘lucky ones’ as his symptoms have not been as severe compared to others.
However, the former reality TV star believes the mental challenge of the virus is just as strong as the physical, which rings true for Wood as he continues his isolation while his wife Snezana deals with her pregnancy.

“Snezana being pregnant was the biggest fear, so as soon as I had a bit of a cold I thought I’d better get tested just in case, and thank God I did because it came back positive,” Wood continued.
In the meantime, Sam has been focusing his time on his new podcast, which you can listen to for free on the iHeartRadio app.
“It’s exciting, and something I’ve talked about internally with my team and friends for a few years now, but with so much going on, it’s always moved back up the priority list and a couple of months ago, I said I really wanted to do it. this,’ he said.

The podcast has given Sam a new place to channel his passion for exercise, nutrition and living a healthier life.

Wood adds that the podcast will be “real and raw” with an interesting and impressive guest list to boot.
The fitness guru will cover a new topic related to the field of health and fitness during each 30-minute episode every Thursday.
