Sam Wood has criticized online trolls for accusing him of ‘faking’ incredible before and after photos of his body transformation.

The 41-year-old fitness trainer surprised Instagram fans Sunday after he uploaded photos of himself, showing how he went from having a ‘daddy body’ to looking like a bodybuilder in two months.

In her caption, the former Bachelor star explained that she had gained weight in the lead up to the Christmas break and decided to go her own way. 28 by Sam Wood Program to get back in shape.
