sangita patel is giving his fans another dose of exercise inspiration.
On Tuesday, the “ET Canada” host took to Instagram to share a video demonstrating a tough fitness challenge for her more than 144,000 followers. In the clip, Patel hangs by the arms in a Smith machine before completing a series of torso-shaking leg lifts inside of it. newly built home gym.
During her training, Patel wore her hair in a loose, messy bun, while sporting a black rock project training bra and black shorts. He also paired the look with white and orange sneakers.
“Ten, nine, eight, done! I did this basic training five times in a row,” he said. Subtitled his post “No, I didn’t enjoy it, but the next day my abs were sore. I added it to my core training. I’ll be cussing a lot!”
Fans greeted Patel’s video with praise for his impressive strength.
“I’m tired just watching you work out,” one fan joked, while another wrote“This is crazy. You’re strong! Seriously, good for you. I never could. I’m sweating just watching this.”

This isn’t the first time Patel has wowed fans with his superhero strength. In September, fans applauded Patel for not only overcoming another physical challenge, but also for do it in high heels and a dress in 2022 Toronto International Film Festival Red carpet.
“Well, I haven’t been to the gym all week, I eat burgers and fries and I’m low on water. My body says, ‘What are you doing?'” Patel Subtitled a clip of herself in a stunning vibrant red sleeveless dress and black peep toe heels. “But you know me, I’ll find a way to get a good challenge, in heels, in a dress, on the red carpet.”
