Sattu’s Laddus – In the summer season, if you want coolness in the stomach and the body also needs nutrients, then you can consume Sattu laddoos. This can be easily made at home. For this, fry the sattu in ghee. After that add jaggery and cardamom powder to it, mix all these mixtures well and prepare the sattu laddoos. You will get enough protein by consuming it.
Sattu’s chilla-In summer, you can make sattu cheela instead of gram flour cheela. You can prepare batter by adding a little sattu to gram flour. This can be a very nutritious breakfast. To make this, prepare the batter by mixing onion, tomato, black pepper and salt in the solution of sattu and gram flour. By consuming it, you will get a lot of energy and you will feel good throughout the day.
Sweet syrup of Sattu- You can also drink sweet syrup of Sattu. To make sherbet, put two spoons of sattu in a glass, add sugar and a little water to it. Now mix it well, so that no lumps remain. After this you can consume it.
Sattu Shake- Sattu’s salty syrup is also drunk with great enthusiasm. To make this, put onion, green chili, chaat masala powder, salt, lemon in the sattu and prepare a good solution by adding water and drink it. If you want, you can keep it in the fridge for some time to cool down or you can also drink it by adding ice cubes on top.
Sattu Paratha – Sattu paratha can also be eaten. It is tasty to eat and also nutritious. To prepare the stuffing for paratha, add coriander, cumin, green chili, onion, lemon juice, salt to the sattu and prepare the stuffing. Now stuff it in the paratha. Cook it in oil and serve it with pickle-chutney.
